The core engine produces a large virtual room with adjustable pre-delay delivering lush cavernous decay that sits around the dry signal without collapsing it in the mix. Well-suited to ambient, shoegaze, post-rock, worship, and cinematic texture applications rather than vintage spring or plate emulation.
The Catalinbread Sinkhole Ethereal is an Ethereal variant of the Sinkhole modulated reverb, building on the four-voice-chorus-within-hole-reverb architecture with additional Ethereal character that pushes the reverb into even more abstract, infinite-horizon ambient territory.
