The Alexander Pedals SpaceXpander is a discontinued three-mode digital reverb from Alexander's early catalog with a silent footswitch and buffered bypass with optional trails mode. Three modes: SPRING (adjustable tone and virtual tank size), PLATE (with pre-delay and damping producing tails up to 25 seconds), and ANALOG (emulating the Panasonic MN3011 six-tap multi-tap BBD chip to produce an unusual rhythmically percussive reverb character). The Space knob on Analog mode slides from reverb-length to delay-length tails. Available only used.
The Caroline Guitar Company Meteore is a lo-fi reverb pedal inspired by the unique acoustic reflections of glass, steel, and tile materials in the Paris Metro subway system. Implements a digital spring reverb block emulating the rich harmonic enhancement and spacious reverberation of real springs with a deliberately lo-fi digital edge. Current draw 60mA; isolated power slot with at least 100mA recommended. The lo-fi character is part of the design intent, adding a slightly degraded, warm ambience unlike pristine digital reverb.
