Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.52% — moderately similar

The Beetronics Larva is a six-stage analog phaser with dual preset morphing and an integrated Moogerfooger-inspired preamp, handmade in Los Angeles. Two independent Rate and Depth controls define phaser presets A and B; the Ramp footswitch morphs continuously between them, with Ramp Speed and Ramp Shape controls governing the transition curve. A Resonance knob shapes the phaser feedback intensity. The integrated Preamp section (Gain and Master Volume) delivers warming crunch independently or combined with the phaser. An Effect toggle selects Preamp only, Phaser only, or Vibe mode. Tap tempo and bypass footswitches. Standard and Custom Shop editions at $249 and $349.
The Behringer BM-13 Phaser is a 6/12-stage analog phaser pedal from Behringer effects range. A Lo/Hi toggle switch selects between 6-stage phasing for subtle classic phase tones and 12-stage phasing for deeper more pronounced modulation. Controls include Sweep, Resonance, Amount, and Rate, alongside a dedicated Drive control for an integrated preamp gain stage. True bypass. 9V DC or battery. Designed to deliver classic phase shifting character from soft shimmer through intense jet-plane effects with an added preamp option for simultaneous drive coloring.
