The Blackstar HT20R MkII is a 20-watt tube guitar amplifier head with reverb, two channels, and four voices spanning wide-band American clean through high-gain saturation. The clean channel offers an open American-style voice and a looser, more aggressive voice with reduced power-amp damping. The overdrive channel covers Classic vintage tweed-to-Plexi character and High Gain modern saturation. Power scales from 20 to 2 watts for home and studio practice. Blackstar's ISF control, series effects loop, and speaker-emulated output make it a complete gigging and recording head. The built-in reverb adds studio-quality depth to both channels. Head format provides flexible cabinet pairing for live use.

The Soldano SLO-30 Super Lead Overdrive is a 30-watt, 2-channel head sharing the same fundamental voice as its bigger sibling, the SLO-100, powered by 5x12AX7 preamp tubes and 2x5881/6L6 power tubes. It offers independent Preamp (gain) and Master controls per channel, mini voicing toggle switches on the Normal channel, a tube-buffered effects loop, and a variable slave output, delivering the same rich, saturated overdrive character and clear cleans as the SLO-100 in a smaller, more manageable 30-watt package.
