Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.42% — somewhat different

The Blackstar Series One 200 is a 200-watt all-tube amplifier head powered by four KT88 output tubes — a departure from the EL34 tubes in other Series One models. It features four channels with six modes, dual ISF controls, and a DPR circuit that scales output down to 20 watts for power-tube saturation at lower stage volumes. MIDI program-change switching, a balanced speaker-emulated recording output, and switchable impedance round out the professional feature set. It is Blackstar flagship tube guitar head.
The Hiwatt Park P18LH Little 45 is an 18-watt hand-wired all-tube guitar amplifier head from the Hiwatt Park series, with the Little 45 name evoking a larger 45-watt circuit character delivered at the more manageable 18W output level. Hand-wired point-to-point construction applies the Park circuit heritage in a compact, studio-friendly head at 18W of output suitable for recording and smaller stage use.
