Similarity
citedBlended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.

Description

The Blackstar HT Stage 60 112 MkII is a 60-watt all-tube guitar combo amplifier housing a single Celestion 12-inch speaker. Three footswitchable channels — Clean, OD1, and OD2 — each carry a voice switch that doubles the available sounds to six distinct settings spanning boutique clean through classic crunch and intense modern high-gain saturation. The 60-watt EL34 power section provides British-voiced warmth and midrange character. ISF tone control shapes American-to-British tonal character. CabRig speaker emulation on the DI output supports direct recording and PA feed. The 112 MkII delivers the same three-channel EL34 platform as the 212 version in a lighter, more portable single-speaker format.

The ENGL Savage 60 Mark II is a 60-watt all-tube 4-channel guitar amplifier head from ENGL Amplification, Germany. Sharing the Savage 120 four-channel architecture with Clean, Crunch I, Crunch II, and Lead positions, the 60-watt version delivers the mid-rich, high-gain ENGL Savage character at a wattage suited to smaller stages and studio recording where the 120W full power is impractical.
