The Catalinbread Cloak is a shimmer reverb pedal inspired by a paper from the Stanford University acoustics department that pairs room-style reverb with a shimmer effect for haunting, harmonically rich ambience. The Cloak is fundamentally a room-style reverb that sounds natural on its own, but with a twist of the Shimmer knob, rich harmonically-laden overtones creep in, emphasizing three different orders of harmonics within the reverb trails. Boutique construction in Portland, Oregon.
The Old Blood Noise Endeavors Sunlight Stereo is a stereo reverb and ambient pedal from Old Blood Noise Endeavors (OBNE) (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), a respected US boutique manufacturer known for inventive, experimental effects. The Sunlight Stereo delivers lush stereo reverb with shimmer and modulation in wide stereo for ambient, post-rock, and studio guitar, reflecting OBNE boutique quality applied to a stereo ambient reverb format.
