The Dex Tech Memory Flanger, part of Dex Audio's UK-built Memory Range, is an analog-signal-path flanger with digital control over its key parameters, combining the warm, organic modulation character of a BBD (bucket-brigade device) analog flanger circuit with the precision and repeatability of digital parameter control. It produces the classic metallic, sweeping flange modulation associated with vintage analog flangers. It suits players wanting warm, analog-voiced flanging with more consistent, dialed-in control than a purely analog design typically offers.
The EarthQuaker Devices Pyramids is a stereo flanging device offering eight modes of flanger, from classic 1980s arena rock sweeps to the dramatic infinity bending of Through Zero flanging. It features positive and negative feedback, a low and high pass Modify filter control, a Mix knob, tap tempo and five user definable presets, along with full stereo operation for wide, immersive flange. From subtle jet like swoosh to extreme, metallic and morphing textures, it covers the full range of flanging. It suits players across rock, ambient, funk and experimental styles who want a deep, flexible, stereo capable flanger with presets, tap tempo and the distinctive through zero effect in one rugged pedal.
