Limited edition collector item preserving the original 250 circuit with premium hand-built construction. Faithfully reproduces the transparent op-amp overdrive character that made the 250 famous.
The JHS Morning Glory is one of the most popular transparent overdrives ever made, inspired by the Marshall Bluesbreaker but with extra headroom and available gain. It adds dirt to a guitar tone without changing its fundamental character, giving back the responsive nuance an amp may be missing while leaving the existing tone intact. Unlike a Tube Screamer it adds no midrange peak and stays largely uncompressed, making it an easy-to-use, open, and dynamic low to medium gain drive. The V4 version doubles the headroom of earlier generations and adds a gain toggle for more saturation.
