The MXR M294 Sugar Drive Mini is a compact overdrive offering a diverse range of clear, transparent overdrive tones, from subtle boosting to blown-tube-style distortion, all from a streamlined mini-pedal control set. The Drive control blends clean signal with the overdrive effect progressively as it's turned up, replicating the smooth, natural transition of an amplifier moving from clean into dirty breakup, with a switch for selecting buffered or true bypass.
The EarthQuaker Devices Utility Series Buffer/Preamp is a signal buffer and clean preamp pedal from Akron, Ohio boutique manufacturer EarthQuaker Devices, designed for the Utility Series product range focused on pedalboard signal integrity tools. Converts high-impedance guitar signal to low-impedance buffered output to prevent signal loss and high-frequency rolloff in long cable and complex pedalboard chains. Optional clean boost functionality.
