Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.35% — somewhat different

The EarthQuaker Devices Life Pedal is a distortion and boost pedal created in collaboration with the avant-garde drone metal duo Sunn O))), featuring two footswitchable gain stages: an octave up fuzz and a distortion stage voiced around the tones of Sunn O)))'s albums. The circuit draws on the Sunn Model T power amplifier topology and delivers crushing harmonic density, massive sustain, and enormous volume headroom. Used in extreme doom, drone metal, avant-garde, and experimental heavy music, the Life Pedal represents a deliberately maximal approach to gain with minimal tonal compromise.
The Walrus Audio Melee Floral Edition is a limited-edition floral finish version of Walrus Audio's Melee wall-of-sound distortion and reverb pedal, delivering massive, saturated distortion combined with reverb in Walrus Audio's distinctive artistic finish.
