Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.53% — moderately similar

The Electro-Harmonix Blurst! is a modulated filter pedal from Electro-Harmonix, applying auto-wah-style filter modulation to the guitar signal with a modulation LFO that sweeps the filter rather than envelope-tracking from picking dynamics. Controls include Rate, Depth, and Filter Type for LFO-controlled automatic filter sweep. The Blurst delivers automatic filter modulation without requiring hard picking for the filter to respond.
The Rocktron Heart Attack is a dynamic filter and auto-wah pedal from Rocktron (Battle Creek, Michigan), delivering touch-sensitive envelope filter auto-wah that responds to pick attack for funky filter effects at accessible Rocktron pricing.
