The Springer Firehawk is a Spanish cedar bodied electric guitar with set mahogany neck, 25 inch scale Indian rosewood fingerboard with 22 jumbo medium frets and cream dot inlays. The guitar is equipped with two hand-wound Firebird pickups by Sunbear Pickups, Kluson-style tuners, Tunomatic bridge with aluminum stoptail, and 50's wiring with 2 volume and 2 tone controls via 3-way toggle switch. The finish is Vintage Gloss nitrocellulose with distressed hardware. The Sunbear Firebird pickups deliver characteristic snappy tone typical of Firebird designs. The Spanish cedar body provides excellent resonance and projection.
