Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.51% — moderately similar

The Keeley Seafoam Chorus is a smooth, ethereal analog-voiced chorus and vibrato that uses an analog-digital design with an FET input to stay true to your core tone. Its True Chorus mode adds second and third voices with slight timing and pitch differences from the original signal, creating a more organic, three-dimensional chorus than typical units. Tone and blend controls are central to its range, letting players match darker humbucker or brighter single-coil guitars and push rate and depth for lush, trippy vibrato textures. The circuit pairs an uncommon IC with an opto-isolator LFO to deliver wide, shimmering modulation while suppressing the hum and noise common to analog choruses. It suits clean ambient, pop, and dreamy lead tones.
The Walrus Audio Fundamental Chorus is part of the brand's affordable, streamlined Fundamental series, delivering quality analog-style chorus with an intuitive, slider-based interface. A dry/wet Mix slider blends the effect while mode switches select different intensities of chorusing from Light to Heavy, making it easy to dial subtle shimmer or lush, deep modulation. Designed as an accessible entry-level pedal without sacrificing tone, it offers warm, watery chorus textures suitable for clean rhythm, ambient layers, and vintage-style modulation. The simple layout makes it beginner-friendly and quick to use, while still sounding musical and usable on a serious board. It suits players wanting straightforward, good-sounding chorus at a budget price, covering everything from gentle thickening to pronounced swirl in a compact, well-built enclosure.
