Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. The NativeAudio Rising Sun Tremolo is a premium tremolo pedal from NativeAudio (US boutique manufacturer), delivering rich, musical amplitude tremolo with multiple waveform options including sine, square, and triangle, tap tempo control, and subdivision settings for tempo-accurate tremolo performance. NativeAudio makes high-quality boutique effects with a focus on premium construction.
The Zvex Tremolo Probe is a theremin-controlled tremolo pedal from Z.Vex Effects (Minneapolis, Minnesota), using a proximity antenna (theremin-style) to control tremolo speed — the closer a foot or hand moves to the antenna, the faster the tremolo oscillates. Like the Wah Probe and Fuzz Probe in the Z.Vex probe family, it eliminates conventional depth/rate knobs in favor of gestural, proximity-based speed control for expressive, hands-free tremolo variation.
