Description

The One Control Cranberry Overdrive is a BJFe-designed overdrive pedal from One Control, delivering warm, musical overdrive with Björn Juhl's characteristic harmonic refinement in a precision compact Japanese enclosure. The Cranberry provides smooth, dynamic overdrive suited for blues and rock applications.

The One Control Strawberry Red Overdrive is a Björn Juhl design that sounds like a circuit evolved from the Tube Screamer — slightly darker, tighter and with more gain than the original it descends from. Juhl's Swedish workshop BJFE built its reputation on refined, hand-built drives, and the One Control BJF series brings those designs to production in miniature enclosures. Within that series this is the baseline overdrive from which the higher-gain Lingonberry was later developed. It suits blues and rock players who find a standard Screamer too bright or too loose.
