Blended from circuit-archetype lineage, dynamic feel, tone-signal overlap and tone-vector distance — the tone vector itself is derived from editorial description text, not a measured acoustic signal, so this reflects how similarly the catalog copy describes the two, not a lab measurement. Shown only within a gear class, and only where there's enough evidence to be meaningful.53% — moderately similar

Citation/mention fame — how often this gear is cited across artist rigs and gear discussion. The Tru-Fi Aqua Echo 600 Analog is a bucket-brigade analog delay built around MN3005 BBD chips, offering 600 milliseconds of delay time, twice the length of the vintage Boss DM-2 and Way Huge Aqua Puss circuits it draws inspiration from. It adds built-in modulation with wow and flutter character for tape-echo-like pitch movement on the repeats, plus additional circuit modifications beyond the original designs. Reviewers describe its overall voicing as warm, fat, and lush, deliberately not aiming for the pristine, silent clarity of modern digital delays. It suits players who want an old-school, slightly imperfect analog echo character with organic modulation rather than a clean, precise repeat.
The Walrus Audio Bellwether is an all-analog bucket-brigade delay from Walrus Audio (Oklahoma City, USA), delivering up to 1000ms of warm analog delay with a built-in Analog Chorus Machine for modulated repeats and the ability to span from choppy oscillation to lush ambient swell.
