The Aguilar OBP-2TK is a 2-band boost and cut on-board bass preamp using all-discrete FET circuitry, upgrading the boost-only OBP-1 with full cut capability on both bands. It provides up to 18dB of boost and cut at 40Hz for bass and up to 16dB at 6.5kHz for treble. The higher treble center frequency compared to the OBP-1's 4kHz produces a silkier more present high-end character rather than a crispy upper-mid lift. Compatible with 9V or 18V.
