Analog Man The White Stripes Custom Tuner Mute Box
Analog Man · pedal
Analog Man is a boutique effects builder known for hand-built, carefully voiced boost and overdrive pedals as well as custom switching and utility devices built to individual player specifications. This custom tuner mute box was built for The White Stripes, allowing Jack White to mute his signal silently while tuning onstage without an audible pop or thump through the amplifier, a common problem with simpler tuner setups. It represents the kind of bespoke utility device boutique builders create for touring artists rather than a catalogued production item.
