The Beetronics Octahive V2 is an analog octave-up fuzz pedal from Beetronics FX with two modes: BUZZZ for heavy high-gain fuzz without the octave, and OCTAVE for screaming psychedelic octave-up fuzz. The V2 adds smart-switching features over the original. In OCTAVE mode, rolling back the Honey gain control dials in Hendrix-like tones or harder sounds reminiscent of a sitar or ring modulator. The fully analog circuit produces rich, warm harmonics and thick buzzing sustain. Associated with psychedelic rock, blues, and experimental guitar playing.
