It provides up to 18dB of boost and cut at 40Hz for bass and up to 16dB at 6.5kHz for treble. The higher treble center frequency compared to the OBP-1's 4kHz produces a silkier more present high-end character rather than a crispy upper-mid lift. Compatible with 9V or 18V. Popular as a replacement preamp in mid-range active basses where the original 2-band EQ is underpowered.
