The Beetronics Abelha Tropical Fuzz is a fuzz pedal from Beetronics FX, handmade in Los Angeles. A three-way voicing switch selects between battery-starved germanium (sputtery low-voltage character), full-bodied standard fuzz, and a sweeter mellower fuzz tonality. Controls include Buzz (fuzz intensity), Loud (output volume), and a two-band Hi and Lo EQ. A dedicated momentary or latching highpass filter footswitch replicates treble-boosted vintage fuzz sounds.
