The Marshall 1959HW is a hand-wired 100-watt reissue of the legendary 1959 Super Lead Plexi, the non-master-volume head that powered late-1960s and 1970s rock. Built to vintage spec with point-to-point wiring and EL34 power valves, it produces huge, open clean-to-crunch tones that bloom into searing overdrive only at high volume. Its four inputs and jumpered channels recreate the classic Hendrix and early hard-rock voicing. There is no master volume, so the rich harmonic saturation comes from driving the power section hard.
