Roger Mayer Voodoo-Vibe 2024

Roger Mayer · pedal

The Roger Mayer Voodoo-Vibe 2024 is an updated Uni-Vibe-style pedal from Roger Mayer, the electronics designer who worked directly with Jimi Hendrix, delivering the swirling, watery, Doppler-effect phase-and-chorus modulation that defined Hendrix's vibe tone. The 2024 revision keeps the classic Voodoo-Vibe circuit and swirl character while updating the internal construction for modern reliability. It suits Hendrix-style and classic-rock players chasing the authentic, slowly rotating, pitch-bending swirl of a real Uni-Vibe rather than a faster, more conventional chorus or phaser voicing.
