Beetronics · pedal
The Beetronics Octahive is a high-octave fuzz pedal from the Beetronics Babee Series, handmade in Los Angeles. Two modes are selectable via a smart double-tap footswitch: BUZZZ delivers raw buzzy fuzz with bright snarling midrange; OCTAVE adds a high upper octave for Hendrix-style or sitar-like textures. Pre knob sets input gain, Honey controls octave blend, and Volume sets overall output. Rolling Honey back with OCTAVE engaged produces harder tones reminiscent of sitar or ring mod. Relay-based true bypass switching. 9V DC 10mA, pedal size 5.5 x 4 x 2.75 inches. Reviewed by Guitar World and guitar.com for lusciously thick fuzz tones.
